Kim Burgess awarded Rural Health Professional of the Year

We are excited to announce that Kim Burgess, N.P. of our Altamont Clinic has been awarded the 2016 Illinois Rural Health Professional of the Year by the IL Rural Health Association!
This award is made to a direct service provider honored for leadership in bringing health services to citizens of rural Illinois.
The award was presented at the IL Rural Health Conference on Thursday, August 11th 2016.
